GROW Tree Project

The Entrepreneurs Associates (tEA), supported by GROW trees, distributed 605 tree saplings. It consisted of 400 chestnut saplings and 205 black cherry saplings, distributed to 250 people in Thetsumi village, in the month of June, 2025. The plantation sites in Thetsumi village will be Pfurhobou, Chutelou, and Ketshele. This tree sapling distribution is done in line with tEA’s flagship programme Trees for Wealth, which has a target to plant 3 billion fruit and non-fruit trees. As of January 2025, 23 lakh non-fruit trees and 7 lakh fruit trees have been planted.
